Dave upgraded vbulletin which he has to pay extra for the mobile update which he doesn't want to. Donate so maybe he will have funds to get the update.
Suppose it's a abandoned project. Hopefully someone can redo it again.

I never really used it because it always crashed on my phone....
btw my antivirus always blocks the .gif in your signature O.o
