It's not completely BS, but the amount of 'problems' is always incredibly exaggerated. They purposefully include 'optimizations' they would make in their calculations, and make your situation seem far worse than it actually is to persuade you to buy Pro. I never use any of those 'cleaners' or 'optimizers' because not a single one makes any significant difference, it's all a placebo effect. If your rig is slow, the only real improvement you can make is to upgrade your hardware.
