CE Finding CBaseEntity

Hi there. I'm trying to find CBaseEntity in AssaultCube but I'm failing. I can find structure that holds my own information and I can find bots/players structure that holds their information, but the structure only contains their information and not other players. Searching for health or ammo yields same results. I would like to ask, can someone point me in the right direction and is there any good tutorials for finding CBaseEntity?
