Trainer v5 Supports all items!
This is for 32 bit only. If you use 64 bit navigate to the 7d2d game folder and run Install_32bit.bat file.
This trainer has support for every item in the game. You add the items you want.
Pics of it:
To add items.
1. Download the attached file.
2. Extract the folder along with the files inside to desktop.
3. Open the items.xml file with notepad or notepad++.
4. Copy any paste this
below the items already in there so it looks like this 
5. Open 7 days to die.
6. Start a solo game with cheat mode enabled.
7. Open the item menu by pressing Z.
8. Search for a item you want.
9. Move mouse over item and it will say what the name is and under the name is the Item ID.
10. In the items.xml you opened with notepad edit where it says "Item id" and put the id of the item you picked.
11. Put a name for that item and click save.
12. In trainer click "Load Items",
13. The trainer reads the xml file and adds them to the list.
