ok now uve looked down here heres the hack

1. extract and put on desktop
2. open perx as admin
3. for process name put Engine.exe
4. browse for files and put in order of d3d9, elitehackbastards
5. set to automatically
6. start combat arms as admin
7. PWN SOME NOOBS
8. press insert and the use right arrow key on the chams option once
and dont press anything else except turning off the wep chams

sorry dont have screenshot but it works also set compatibility of combat arms to 2000
