crashes :(

how do i fix a random crash that occurs with and with out using hacks?

Run cleaners to clean out your CA folder. Also try reinstalling and disabling firewalls that might be blocking the game from accessing the network.

that does not work for me, i'v already tried before

i did fixed it before but i flat forgot how
