You will need to use Cheat Engine and freeze the game on loading, find the Hackshield address with scans, and then make a C++ Win32 console with API's.

Not because it works with XC3 means it will with Hack Shield . They have heartbeat packets.

huge amount of tools are detected already but you can make you own distro of cheat engine. it has free source with GPL.
