CrossHair Help please!!! Help!!!

OK HERES A CROSSHAIR HACK MADE BY USING VB 08
BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO MAKE IT WORK in game. But it works as an exe. but not ingame ITS MY FIRST HACK/CROSSHAIR
SO CAN ANY1 HELP ME

uhm make it so that the program goes over all applications
so when u go in combat arms(application) it does over it

Im just guessing that the game covers it up? Like the dude said above, make it so it layers over all other apps running.

Edit: It can't go over in game? O then nvm i don't know how but you can try run combat arms in windowed mode it might work
