What exactly is clear logs? Also For some reason it wont let me even get to the login screen before it crashes and a combat arms error pops up. And yes the .exe's are both being run as an admin and both pass my firewall. Everything from my firewall to my antivirus is turned off aswell.

Am I just retarded? Like I Check them all and cleared the logs. Then I ran perx as admin then ca as admin. And still wont let me get to login screen.
