Aqw Private Server Error

Hey Guys please help me I'm making a private server using Hidden Project files for private use but whenever I try to open the site of my private server I get this error . I have attached the photo . PLease see it and help me . I have also attached the class.content.php file see it if it has any errors .

Why do everyone use Hidden Project files? @chibizs will be real mad

I only get mad when they steal my art. So if those files are really old then we should have no problem

On top of that spax made this so he is crazy xD I have no idea how to fix this one :v

Use an older version of xampp refer to the post in my signature and use that version

Hey @chibizs I used the version of xampp 1.7.3 you told and the error is gone but the screen is looking like this .

Then it works. Press the play now button to get to the register and the game part. That is it

Now make sure you have everything set up correct. Like portforwarding and such and then you should be good

It is not working whenever I click on play-now or register I get this page . Can you see my server settings?
