At Texas Roadhouse, the servers that are 2nd or 3rd out have side wore before they leave and are supposed to either:
1) Sweep Their Tables
2) Roll Silverware
3) Clean Their Tables Before They Leave
Well the our fucking servers are lazy as complete fucking dog shit and do literally none of those 3 things and just clock out, leaving me to do everything. Not only do I have to do servers side work, but mine as well. So today I was closing and I should had been out around 11PM and didn't get to leave until 11:45 because I have to do other peoples shit.
My friend has this idea to switch the servers and host with the SA's and see who has it harder. Our boss was completely up for it, date planned and everything but at the last second he said "It will make us look bad to customers." So now all I hear are host bragging how we are too slow and a bunch of other shit. My week of work at this place and I already wanna smack the shit out of some people with some plates.
