Non-stop spam
Kids threatening to DDoS each others

There are Skype commands to disable users in a group from adding/removing people
I guess there is nothing you could really do about the spam. But u can always kick the spammers from the group chat.
Kids threatening to DDoS each other? Well you can set some rules for people wanting to join the group.

I guess it's worth a try
