Go Launcher will be one of the famous launcher.

Depends on what version of Android you're running. Try ROOTING your Android phone, BEWARE if you fuck up during rooting your phone will be bricked. It might not work or somethings might not be reversible unless you fully reset your phone.

Appdroid's gonna let you download paid apps for free and that's kinda all that matters really. One program I really really love is called "camscanner" which scans my photographed documents and makes them so much easier to read from!
