Problems.

Hi!

Yesterday, my previous account (jijsucktnoob) got unbanned after a while.
Problem is, the account is so old I forgot the password.
Easy answer would be: retrieve new password.
One problem, because the e-mail account that is linked to the account is that old, outlook thinks somebody else is using it and it's redirecting me to a procedure to retrieve a code.
Yet another problem! There are 2 options:

• Let outlook send a mail to the email listed above (wich is censored, and I don't know what it is).
• Fill in a list of details about your account.

The second option sounds like a good idea, right?
Nope! I have no clue what the answers to the questions are.
What should I do?

You probably will need to prove or let it check that it is kndeed your account and contact a higher up and everything should be sorted out, could take a while tho.
Just a question: are you dutch?
