For the $25 prepaid visa's because i live in Canada they only give me around $24 so will that still get me donator?

No, it has to be $25 US no matter what, you'd have to pay up the extra $1 at some point to get the tag.

The requirement is a minimum of $25 USD.
Using today's conversion, that would be $27.98 CAD
