Hacking

Hi, I have a little problem with hacking gray's mod. When i use an injector(perx, red dragon, extreme) with gmod pickles and i go in game it says can not change the server sv_cheats cause i do not have the privilege to. Could someone please help me with getting this to work. i am not sure if there is a setting that i need to change or anything but this happens every time i reformat my computer.
