Having a problem with AVA

I have a problem with the Match Channel !!

After ending a game the slot machine starts to give me a gift right ! (y)

Okay when i try to open't or wait till the time ends it gives me an Error and exiting the game !!

It's so sux that am playing match without rewards and getting out of the game .. So what's wrong with my game ?? and how to solve't ?

Try to open it before the countdown reaches zero.

I tried once before .. But the same error !!

That error doesn't give us any indication as to what is the problem. The only thing you can do is to force open it anyhow.

Do u think that the error because of the MSVCR80.dll file ?!

If so, re-install AVA. It's probably a error you got when updating the game.
Otherwise, you most likely got blue tickets. For some reason, when you get blue tickets on the reward in the match channel, the game crashes.

Okay guyz .. I posted my problem in aeria forums and someone replied on me .. Here's his reply maybe it'll helpful for someone needs it :

This is a known bug to Aeria and they will hopefully fix it in the upcoming patch. Simply log back in again and you will be able to play, no problem. Also, you do receive the rewards, it is the blue tickets, but there is a missing file or something that crashes the game when you win them. You should have more than you previously did. Hope I could help. Happy Matching.

And he's right and u @R3DDOT was right too the blue tickets increased so no needs to re-install i'll wait till next update .
