I Saw that Call of Duty Black Ops - Mod Tools (BETA) is made in C#
and just looked in the Source Codes how to build mods/compile them
i tryed it out myself by recreating the Call of Duty Black Ops - Mod Tools (BETA) in c# and i through it wont work but WOW it worked
it tested it in Call of Duty Black Ops so tryed in Call of Duty Black Ops 2 but i need now a Console to Write /bla bla bla
The file type to mod are .sc .gsc .cs
