I've been experiencing this too. It often happens when you watch a killcam (when you die yourself) or at the start of a game. The features I turned on were NoRecoil, Show Enemies on Minimap, Thermal + ESP thingy and NoFlinch.

There is only a bug in 3d mode if u watch killcam sometimes thats all.
I am aware of the bug that leads to Spectate Mode. I will try to fix this. there is a solution I already know. There is 2 possible addresses for the Thermal and ESP. One of which keeps flickering all the time.
I will put the ESP to the other address. The ESP will flicker like in the other versions of Visual Tool. This has a high chance of fixing the bug. As for the Thermal, I will try to find something.
