My life is going great so far. School is going great, my life is going amazing. Homecoming the 10th. Going to get a nice suit ohyahhhh. Actually been doing my homework, get home and that's the first thing I do. C- on one of my math quizzes, which sucked ass, but that's the only thing.
Point being; things are going great. So guise, how's life?

You can use me as an example. In grade 9 I got D- in every class. EVERYTHING. Not cause I was dumb, just cause I was lazy.
I then got cut from my basketball team seeing that 'my grades were too low to qualify' I was soo mad that I actually made a commitment. Math was my weakest subject, like I was literally illiterate. My Dad got me a personal tutor and now look...grade 10 I got C- in math, grade 11 I got A- in math. Big improvement? I only had the tutor for like half of grade 10 anyways. That's cause I was actually committed and not slacking off. I don't have math this semester I have it next, so we'll see.
I'm not saying that what you're doing is wrong, it's just that it seems that you're not trying hard enough.
Believe it or not I taught my grade 11 University/College math class once cause my teacher was marking test for other classes. Math being my weakest now to my strongest subject.
Something has to motivate you to do good in school. My reason was basketball, I don't know what yours is.
I'm not trying to make fun of you here just trying to help cause I know how it feels like to be in your shoes.
My coach once said to another teammate that the kid standards to himself are very high, but in reality; his standards are below average and he has to work on it. Basically what i'm trying to say is you probably think you're doing good but getting a C- is actually not =/. I just hope you are improving and seeking extra help.
