I really dont know if its the right place to set this question but..
Is there anyway i can create a paypal acc without a credit/debit card? i just have an ordinary card.
If yes could somebody give me step-by-step guide? or a vid

Yes you can create a paypal account without creditcard and even use it.
Just go to www.paypal.com sing up and when it ask if you wanna connect a cc with your paypal just press "do it later"

You need to be verified to send it out money.

You do need a to be verified to send/receive money.

Well i will repeat this! You dont need to be verfied to send & recevie money till a limit which is 500 USD.
And the limit is only when you are going to transfer money to a bank account.
