Packet editing javaw.exe programs

Does anybody know of any programs that can packet edit Java programs, so the actual java.exe or javaw.exe program? I tried finding some on google but none of them worked, they do not detect it as a process.

RiPe can detect it, But i have yet to get it to detect any packets after injecting,
