Regedit deny setValue win8

I was just wondering how you lock your cd key on windows 8. I've read the tutorial for 7, but the whole regedit is different for 8. If I do go to edit what I think is administrator's permissions for setValue, the value is greyed out.

Anyone got a tutorial specific for windows 8 or any ideas please? Thanks
