[Help Request] Tutorial for Making A Mod Menu

Hey guys! I have been looking around everywhere I could...On here and everywhere else and I cant find out how to make a mod menu! I know I could just download a mod menu but I cant figure out how to install it to my PS3. If you guys could help me with that, that would be great. But I prefer to make my own yet I cant find a video on how to do it. So if someone could send me a link to a Tutorial on how to do it, or a coder who makes Mod Menus make a Tutorial, that would be greatly appreciated! I would love to make my own! Thank you for all the help you could give me!
