You want our source codes to create a VIP hack you earn money with?
You could at least search MPGH and Google on your own

There are 2 possibilities, making 2 Version ( 1 Public & 1 VIP ) else you maybe can add a protection such a GuidTech to verify member HWID as exemple that will be connected to a database and will check if HWID is registred it will be VIP menu else it'll be Public menu

He is talking about "protecting" your software with the hardware ID of your computer, or it's IP address. HWID is hard to implement and IP is just plain stupid. Furthermore, your program can still be cracked, so no matter what you use as the source for the password people will still be able to easily get past it with editing just a few jmp or cmp instructions.

If you really want to get fancy, this is what I'd do: Encrypt your program and pack it on a stub. Now, this stub will decrypt the program with a password, but if the password was wrong, it's garbage. This would make cracking a bit more cumbersome. For best results, only use the hash of the password and make sure it's not crackable.

EDIT: Or, like mentioned above, do a online check. This can again be cracked if the program you provided has all functionality in it.

I agree with your method , create sql login system , check username and password, if username and password true -> check hwid -> if hwid false -> close program
althoug i know the way, but i cant write on c++ code.. please anynone in here help me.

HDWID = Easily cracked, this method nowadays is not used anymore.

You can create an integrated system in php only to its users post, using ipboards you could do it easily, but you will have to encrypt your executable, use something like Themida or Enigma Protector.
