Its not as simple as it is for pc.
First off, look up jailbreaking a ps3.
If your on a high version look up downgrading a ps3 with an e3 flasher.
Then.
You can start installing homebrews and start finding mods or making them to be able to cheat inside the games.

This is a long process and will cost real money. It really depends on what game you want to cheat on but if you want serious hacks...
