I also play with touchpad with 100 Sensibility so it is possible and yes you wouldn't believe how good i am with touchpad, i've been to ESL !

Go to MPGH official Macro guide and search por "Para", there you would find the c/s (ms) and set it on the macro.

And for the quickswitch,it need to set the fire button to wheelmouse ?

No, after changing fire to "middle mouse button" you fire as normal: with left click button. All features work with L mouse button, forget about the wheel button.
