WTSAccount with Mega Caps

I'm selling my account. This is my 3rd account (1 banned by IJJI and 1 banned by Aeria). I have given up on being active and somewhat got bored of playing, so I'm selling my account. I do not know prices and I'm looking for whatever mid price range is for my account. If you want me to raise the S/D before you buy it, I can do that. I'm also not going to sell it without a trusted MM. I have not hacked a single time on this account, so it is completely safe from being banned or anything along those lines.

Skype: fishfilmcontact

Rank: Second Lt. 4th Class (86% xp and I can get it to 5th class if wanted)
Wins/Losses: 427/515
S/D: 1.286 (Can be raised before bought and I'll provide proof of me raising it - max up to 1.5 S/D)
Money: 23,855 Euros
AP: 33
BP: 1000
Play Time: 135 hours - 30 of the hours are on India

Also, I'm in a good clan with 3 of the benefits already unlocked with lots of high ranks.
