Helphow to read memory undetected

in cf china, i injected dll to crossfire.exe. i use point to read memory like this:

DWORD CShell = (DWORD)GetModuleHandleA( "CShell.dll" ); //not detected

PDWORD ILTClient = ( PDWORD )( 0x007AB7D4+CShell );

DWORD Console = *( PDWORD )( * ILTClient + 0x208 );
SetConsoleVariable = (lpSetConsoleVariable)(Console);
SetConsoleVariable("WireFrameModels 1"); // IT work fine at first,bu will get detected after 1-2 min.
