[Help] Informations about bans please

I got banned from arma 3 (for using a cheat engine like software) and, also from DayZ SA. I would like to know what is banned, my steam account ? If i manage to get rid of my copy of arma 3 will I still be banned ?

You have to buy a new copy of Arma 3 and Dayz on a different steam account.
