Apparently , I tried first thing I did was opening my Adobe Flash Player , the client didn't load.
Refreshed and opened a few more times... no luck
Waited a few mins , opened FireFox , went to Realm website to log in and hope its gonna load and guess what? I Logged out of my mule account and logged into my main account , and got a fucking loading screen...... Awesome? Yeah I guess. I reloaded the Page a few times to check what happened , it still didn't load and now its stucked on the loading screen.
You might actually not be banned. The easiest way is to put your account into Muledump. If you get an 'Account under Maintenance' than you're banned. But if it says you have Account in use, that's all you have. Its pretty common for me that when I get a Loading Screen at the home page, I got an account in use.
this use to Happen to me. it would not let me log into my Account for. 10-15 minutes I Recommend Clearing you're Firefox or Google chrome History after that wait 10-15 minutes Then log into You're account. after that. it should let you play again. but if it Doesn't let you im not that sure. you might be Banned im not Really sure.
If you really are banned and it's not an account in use error, kabam might give you a second chance. Do this to log out of the banned account and then contact kabam support using the support link on the title screen. Admit that you hacked, are sorry and wont do it again and they'll unban you. You'd have to be very careful should you decide to hack again because they wont give you a 3rd chance.
Don't worry, I've been having this problem too. I don't really know what's causing it, but it happens when I join a room or it lags. The only way I got this fixed was to wait.
Congratulations
do what I did and wait a bit then feign a sob story about how you wish you could play with your guild mates again and open some tombs for them and stuff
sir racha then unbanned me saying it was my last chance
I like how they solely rely on video footage to ban someone. What happens when someone releases a change the name of this person to anything you like hack?

I'm trying! I had stopped working on trying to change your current player's name because you need to modify it from the char/list request.
I gave up in 20.0.1 when they changed statdata but have picked it up again, will be coming soon.
Won't you get banned more easily from doing *that*?

I don't think they ban players on the first video proof. I guess they collect multiply videos of the same cheater recorded by different players. Then if they got enough video collected - BANHAMMER.
Or maby they only accept video proof of 'trusted' players (those that are well known in forums and in game to be legit and fair). I just checked the cheater report form, and you actually have to enter your ign AND your forum name if you want to report someone.
If people start to fake videos in masses, kabam might use other methods. For example after a cheater report, the gms log in to the game and use /invisible. Then they keep following the reported cheater to confirm on their own if the player hacks or not. Maby they could even implement gm commands like /lower_hp_to_15% [playername] OR /paralyze [playername]... and so on... Like this, they could quickly check for auto-nexus and other stuff.
If they wouldn't be lazy, they would already use such methods, but they prefer to let other players do their job (recording video proof...). I think they just don't care enough about cheaters yet.
