HELP LOST ACCOUNT

Earlier this week i got an email saying that someone had logged into my email on a device from egypt. i chnged my password on my email but when i tried to log into CF it said my password was wrong... apparently that person that go onto my email had sent tickets to Z8 saying that i needed my security question.(which i didnt). and why dont u also send in a ticket

try sending in a ticket of your own on a different account. i know that their support system is terrible, but if the account is still on your email, then you should be able to get it back.

how about using the option forgot password on the email ?
if the account is still on that email then u may be able to get it back

He has probably been keylogged

yeah, he took the account off of my email... all of my clan mates say thats its gone for good because we all know how bad z8 customer support is...

Actually, the first time I was scammed I provided all of the information they asked for and I got my account back within a week (and a half), depending on Z8Support's work load that week. Keep in mind that if you're the original owner of an account you can recover it anytime you'd like via Support.

It's hard to recover your own account now,eaven if you are first owner...

Het, i had the same problem, but i was so fuckin lucky , the hacker was a Friend of my Friend who was also a Hacker, and he hacked him back and i got my account back, i fuckin Love him <3 <3

First of all, you have a Rat on your PC, you need to delete it as soon as possible, because if you recovered your account the hacker will steal it again and again...

..Only hoope is to send a support ticket!haha
