How to get rid of CoDeeN CDN Proxy

I have no idea how the heck this proxy got onto my computer but I really want to get rid of it and all the posts about this I read online were written in a different language(computer language). Can someone give me a simple way to get rid of the proxy? It messes up the ending banner in CA(I had to add this so I could get it in the CA section).

Here is what it says:
You are trying to use a node of the CoDeeN CDN Network. Your IP address is not recognized as a valid PlanetLab address, so your access to CoDeeN does not include all HTTP types

By the way this only does this for internet explorer not firefox.

The arun thing is an error i guess.

Just use firefox, it is WAYYYY better than IE.
