Question about Vac Bans..

Okay recently got vac banned on rust...I made a new account to rebuy the game, I get an error when attempting to buy the game, What's the way to get around this and play it again. I want to just re-purchase and use the new steam account to play it on.

This is incorrect. This is what you do: You must go into your steam folder and delete everything except for your steamapps and steam.exe. You then run Steam.exe and it will reinstall steam and when this is done, you will be allowed to purchase games again.
