If you mean the codes "encrypted" that's obfuscuation. You can use a program called de4dot to break that then use telerik just decompile to export the c# project. It its smart assembly protected I recommend using desmart.

I hate to do this to infenest, but there are many programs out there that can "decompile" .NET applications, like terraria (and practically all terraria clients).

But I don't feel like listing any, look around in the terraria hacks forum.
