Ive tried reinstalling the game...

Ive tried putting firewall down...

Ive tried manually updating, which doesnt even work.

Ive tried sending reports but I am unable to send...

Thank you in advance. Ive tried other dragonnest places but this is the only place I think that will give me an actualidea of what to do.

It's simple. Go to the DGNNew folder then into the HShield folder and delete the HSUpdate .exe and HsLogMgr .exe After that, you should be good to go. Run the game.
