Hey guy's so i tested this on my own steam account if your worried its safe !

Tested on CUSTOM GAME! it still doesn't work on online since i didn't add the players etc.

Yes, you can.
You can get banned in every game mode..(VAC is enabled in the whole game)

Damn, why does Valve have to ruin everyone's fun. In my opinion it shouldn't be enabled in custom game but whatever
