I am using this along with an ESP hack. Definitely works!

Do not use this if you're in any match w/ NJP clan members, Bourne, AndersHolmvik, Veeres, or Respectthebutter. They stream their gameplay regularly and I have been called out by numerous players for being spotted w/ no weapon movement on their streams.
