How to Fix It ? Can Make a v43 fixer ? , please , help , all fixers has been outdated

You can try to find your XP amount with Cheat Engine.
Change it so your level becomes 55 and after that you will be able to do a Fresh Reset.

Why are you not able to do this ? Dont know how to use CE or what ?

Search for your current amount of XP as 4-bytes.
Get some XP.
Search for your current amount of XP(one which you will have when you get them) as 4-bytes.
Add them to the address list.
Double click where it says what's your amount of XP.
Write 145900(or something simililar, I'm not certain).
Press OK.
Enter Prestige and do a Fresh Reset.
