Steam scrape/hack?

As a hacker/gamer, you might be aware of the Minecraft account cracker going by the name of "Eggcrack".
If not, heres an explanation:
You have to inject a notepad file containing names, passwords, and proxys.
when cracking, it will randomly pair up names and passwords using the injected proxys and cracking accounts. Cracked accounts will result into being injected to a notepad file of which you can select.
Can this be done by steam? Simply, using a little social engineering you could get someones login name. From there you insert it to notepad ans then insert a password and proxy list and done.
if this could be done, that would be epic
