Is it possible for a person from Egypt to play any version of Combat Arms (without using extra programs)

Someone is asking me why they cannot play and he said he was from Egypt so I was wondering...

Probably isnt released there.
Its US and EU....

You can play Combat Arms EU, I was using that in Israel.

There's even a video somewhere on Youtube that showed someone from Israel. >>;
