No Spread

this is a multi hack so just run the .exe and you might need to edit the .ini file to the cod4 multiplayer .exe file. 9 is the menu and use keypad arrows to select and move around the menu. press right on the keypad again to confirm your decision. the wallhack is fully working and so is the rest of it apart from the chams.

How i open menu?

press 9 to open. if u still cant open the .menu file with notepad and change the option menu toggle to 9 then save it and try again.
