Iphone 4S unlocking..

Im desperate as fuck, ive did a restore but this happens after choosing language and place: "it may take a few minutes to activate your iphone after that i get the message:
Could not activate iphone
Your iphone could not be activated because the activation server cannot be reached. Try connecting your Iphone to Itunes to activate it, or try again over the cellular connection in a couple of minutes. You can also try to activate using a wi-fi connection.
i press the try using Wi-Fi
then it says use cellular connection or choose another network
then it asks for network name and security..
i put my wifi name at network name and my security password is WPA-PSK but it only has WPA and WPA 2 i proceed to choose wpa and enter my password but its stuck at connecting <<wifi name>>...

ALL i want to is the menu to be accessed not a sim unlock.

If you can restore an older version of iOS (7.0.6 and lower) then you can just jailbreak and bypass the menu.

u tried jailbreaking it ?

Alright so what you wanna do is go to your kitchen, find the biggest pot you have, and then fill it with water. Then proceed to set the water to boil and when boiling dunk your face in.

OT: do you have the original SIM card? from the ORIGINAL CARRIER?? If you do, go to the carriers website and search(ill use mine for example)
AT&T Iphone 4/4s Unlocking policy. Send in a request with the information needed and wait for a response. then, when they respond it should say that the SIM card should be put in the phone and to restore the Iphone. It should work.

Another thought is that if the wifi isnt working go to your wifi settings (it doesnt hurt to google if you're feeling iffy) and change your password type. I have a linksys router and i just go to their website, go to my IP, log on using my username and password, and change the password to my modem whenever i feel.
