[Rust] Tool to fake connection

Hi guys

I'm french so i make my apologize for my real bad english.

I'm looking for a tool to fake connections on a rust server.

U know that in rust, if a server has 20 users connected you have more chance to pull more people on and i need a tool to fake connections on my serveur, because we're at maximum 10 and if i could fake 10 connections, it'll help me a lot.
