In settings choose one of the 3 available crosshairs

Also I suggest use a sensitivity under 20, default is 50

Your flag says New Zealand so you'll experience high lag and hardly any registration
But you do get used to it
Start off In rookie server, once you can't play rookie servers, us west is where you should go
Most Aussies / NZs are there and you get lowest ping there
