Check out nillys in game mod selector to exclude mobs out of auto aim.(if you don't know the mob ID , selector the 'display mob info' option in the selector)
And do you even read about a hack before downloading it ?

Well seeing that usually most people will have siblings who also play the game, I don't really think Kabam can IP-ban unless both are caught hacking or if its really severe.

Yep, both.
I got IP banned for multiboxing with 200-300 bots around the nexus for less than 5 min (I was testing something). (:
