Remove / hide taskbar icons ?

Hey guys i would like to know if it possible to remove or hide taskbar icons even when they running. ?

Would be very greatful if someone could help me!

I think not as I know

Hover over the taskbar.
Right-click.
Properties.
Auto-Hide.

I know but i dont want to hide taskbar i want the icon to not show

Not sure if it's exactly what you meant, but I use RBTray

RBTRAY?
RBTray is a small Windows program that runs in the background and allows almost any window to be minimized to the system tray by right clicking its minimize button.

That would involve a bit of res hacking. Look it up.
