How to make a HTML generator?

how can I make a generator (.exe) for a html code? like, I have a html source code that I keep on changing the info on, which takes time, so I was wonder how I can make a generator that I can fill out and it'll change the info for me? I don't know a clear way of explaining it...

I don't think that's it... and I dont have a py program to run it, and shit I don't know how to explaining clearer...
