A Proxy ping program.

I need a programm that you can put a list of proxies and you can ping a url, ip or what so ever with it.
Repeatedly pinging...

I found one too but its not what i am looking for.
I want one that i can put the proxies my self and that it lets my ping a url or ip.

Just to make clear...

Do you want a program that gives a specific website more traffic, visiting it one time using a proxy or DDOS program using proxys?
