Banned/Warned from Amazon?

So I've been doing refunds for a while lately & I stumbled across this while I was studying for finals. This was sent at 12:02 Tuesday morning.

I'm not sure if I'm banned or not or if that's a warning to stop refunding but I am still able to use my account, add items to carts. I have not tried checking out but I will get back to it soon.

Has anyone else gotten this?


I'm pretty sure I know where I fucked up, I live near a college campus (apartments 3 blocks from univ) - there are 3 in my dorm and all 3 of us have done refunds. I'm pretty sure Amazon caught on and lube fucked us both.

Just a heads up, method is still unpatched but DO not have more than one account per household and keep it under 2 items.

Nothing to worry about. They probably blacklisted you, that's all.

You aren't banned, they are just warning you in a nice way to stop doing the refunds and stuff. I've had friends who have been doing the same thing, thats why I know about it.

It's just a warning afaik.

I refund a week later or so also I do it over the phone not chat.

Shouldn't be a big deal, have u contacted support?

i got this email to and im scared? and im going to jail?

Was wondering about the risk of two accounts at the same address using a refunding service, going to order a few items to keep with the refunded item and keep the refunding to once every couple of months. Also could you tell us how much you got away with before you got the warning?
